Abstract


  • Purposes - The purpose of this study was to examine and find out how much influence the Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Company Culture on PT Pelindo I Employee Job Satisfaction at the Belawan Domestic Container Terminal Branch either partially or simultaneously.

  • Methods - The population in this study was all organic and non-organic employees in the Operational Division of the TPKDB of 120 people and the sample in this study were 60 Organic and Non Organic Employees (Purposive Sampling). Data is collected by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies and variables studied using a Likert scale. The questionnaire was first tested using validity and reliability testing, data processing using SPSS version 20.0 software, and analyzed by multiple linear regression.

  • Results - The results found in the hypothesis testing of this study are: Simultaneously the leadership style variables, work motivation and corporate culture have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction on the TPKDB, partially the Corporate Culture has no effect and negatively affects employee job satisfaction at TPKDB employees.
