Pengaruh pelatihan, penempatan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai

Abstract


  • Purposes - The aim of this research was to recognize and analyze the effect of training, job placement and work discipline on employee performance at the Medan Chemical Technology Polytechnic (PTKI).

  • Methods - The research method was used exploratory research, where the variable which measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is used in this research by questionnaire. The population in this research is 46 people of all employees at the Medan Chemical Industry Technology Polytechnic (PTKI). The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. Data processing uses SPSS version 24 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression.

  • Results - The results of the research indicated that: (1) partially the Training variable affects the Performance of Employees at the Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (2) partially variable Job placement influences Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (3) partially, work, discipline affects Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic. ; (4) simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Training, Job Placement and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at Medan industrial chemical technology Polytechnic.
